TEMs arrived at the scene and tried to treat him, but Hardy was soon pronounced dead at the scene.<br /> <span id="more-988"></span><br /> "His gunshot wound proved to be fatal," Lt. Stephen Varn said.</p> <p>Police have not released a description of a suspect or suspects. The TPD's Det. Scott Peterson and Det.
